In-App Feedback

You can also send feedback directly from within the Flixanta app. Here's where to find it:

Go to the Profile tab

Tap the Profile icon (the rightmost tab at the bottom of the screen).

Open Settings

Scroll down and tap the Settings menu item under the Preferences section.

Find the feedback option

Inside Settings, look for Send Feedback. Tap it to open the in-app feedback form where you can describe your issue or suggestion directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to create an account to use Flixanta?

No. Flixanta does not require any account or sign-up. All your data is stored locally on your device.

Where is my data stored?

All ratings, notes, collections, watch history, and preferences are stored exclusively in local files on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

Will I lose my data if I delete the app?

Yes. Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling Flixanta will permanently delete all your ratings, notes, and collections. We recommend using the Share Card feature to save important records before uninstalling.

How do I clear my data without deleting the app?

Go to Profile → Settings and use the data management options to clear specific data or reset all local data.

The app shows a blank screen or won't load movies.

Flixanta relies on the TMDb API for movie data, which requires an active internet connection. Please check your connection and try again. If the issue persists, the TMDb service may be temporarily unavailable — try again later or contact us if the problem continues.

Where does the movie information come from?

All movie and TV show data — including titles, posters, descriptions, cast, and ratings — is provided by The Movie Database (TMDb), a community-built and maintained database.
